About Khor & Keel Boat Charters

Khor & Keel manages charters directly, assigning a licensed captain and professional crew to every voyage. Our daily service operates from 9:00 to 23:00 GST. We provide clear pricing with no extra fees: fuel, insurance, towels, life jackets, soft drinks, ice, and VAT are always included in the rate. Guests may bring their own food and alcohol without corkage charges. Additional services such as water sports equipment, catering menus, live entertainment, drone photography, and private car transfers can be added to any booking upon request.

Our fleet consists of 88 yachts and boats ranging from 33 feet to 164 feet in length. The maximum guest capacity across our largest vessel is 90 people. Rates start at 600 AED per hour and go up to 18,900 AED per hour depending on the vessel size and specifications. The minimum booking duration is 2 hours. A date is secured upon payment of a 30 percent deposit, with no holds permitted without this payment. If bad weather prevents sailing, guests can select a replacement date or receive a full refund.

Our fleet departs from two primary maritime hubs: Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. Both locations offer direct access to the open sea and key coastal landmarks. Specific berth coordinates, parking instructions, and arrival guidelines are provided in advance for each confirmed booking. No passports or physical ID documents are required to board our vessels. Our team coordinates arrivals at the respective pontoon to ensure smooth embarkation for all guests.

All customer service is handled exclusively via WhatsApp. We do not operate phone lines or email support. Our team responds to chat inquiries within 15 minutes during operating hours between 9:00 and 23:00 GST daily. We use the chat to confirm availability, answer technical questions, arrange extra onboard services, and coordinate schedule adjustments. In cases where weather conditions prohibit sailing, we agree on a new cruise date directly within the WhatsApp chat conversation.
