We respond daily between 9:00 and 23:00 GST. Once you get in touch, we keep all your charter details, itineraries, and booking confirmations organised within that single chat thread.

To receive an exact quote promptly, message us your planned date, preferred departure time, and required duration, noting our minimum rental period is 2 hours. Mention your total guest count, up to 90 guests, and whether you prefer leaving from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. Let us know if you require optional extras such as catering, water sports, DJ equipment, or fishing tackle. If you plan to bring your own food and alcohol, let us know as well; there is never a corkage fee. All quotes provided include fuel, crew, insurance, and VAT.

Your booking is secured once the 30% deposit is paid; we cannot hold dates without this payment. Before heading to the pier, review the boarding location sent to your chat, as departures run from either Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. No passport or ID is needed to board our vessels. We provide licensed crew, fuel, towels, life jackets, soft drinks, and ice on board every charter. If bad weather prevents sailing, you choose whether to move your charter to another date or receive a full refund. Simply arrive at your assigned berth ready to board.
